The Colorado Cocktail Company was started in 2023 by husband & wife duo, Amy & Brian Velarde. Combining over 25 years of industry experience including bartending, mixology, beverage menu design and event service, CO3 will provide the single most elevated and memorable beverage experience possible for any need or occasion.

What We Do.

  • Whether it is high volume or quiet intimacy we are here to provide the best service you can find. Period.

  • Our product is guaranteed to be fresh, unique and spectacular. From making all our own syrups and purees, squeezing our own juice or using real herbs, the drinks we provide will be the most delicious option possible.

  • The beverage service industry has been our lifelong career. We have built our lives from being two of the best to do it and we love doing it.
